I spoke to a very understanding and sweet customer services who both helped resolve my returns during the pandemic. They were both helpful and resolved my issues. The wait to speak to them was very long but since everyone is working remotely it was understandable. Worth the wait. Ordered from Wayfair and will continue to do so. Recommend them to anyone.
I am surprised to see the bad reviews on other website. I have purchased almost all items in my new house from Wayfair and they are really good! I even needed to change my dining chairs and their customer service was the best in the US! They replaced the Jewelry Armoire with no additional cost and made sure the process was easy on me. I'll definitely keep shopping with them!
Last purchase was a new Jewelry Armoire. Another perfect delivery and excellent product. Not only was the price incredible, but the product was something I couldn't find locally. Excellent service. One of the items received was incorrect and an email to Wayfair resulted in the correct item being shipped overnight and they told me to donate the wrong item. Then, another Jewelry Armoire for my house and household items. I love this company and even though they aren't always the cheapest, their customer service is second to none and I will always shop Wayfair.com first.
I ordered a Jewelry Armoire from Wayfair and another Jewelry Armoire from another company last month, the couch came within 2 weeks, the Jewelry Armoire, still hasn't arrived. I want to thank Wayfair for fulfilling their end of the sale. Service was great, shipping was fast, and delivered with care. I only wish they had the other Jewelry Armoire as I'm quite sure I'd be enjoying that as well right now. I at 1st felt Wayfair prices were a bit higher than other retailers, but I'm at the point I'd rather pay the extra just to rest assured that I will receive my order. The Quality of Jewelry Armoire I have purchased from wayfair has always been great but I was worried making a large purchase without being able to touch it first... but we worried for nothing. Very happy. Shipping takes a while on this one so plan accordingly.
I received my package when they said it would arrive. The box itself had a squished corner, not too concerning as the contents were packaged very well. One of the pieces did end up being damaged. I called customer service to get a replacement part. I was on the phone maybe 3 minutes, no hassle and they already have a replacement part on the way, free of charge! The representative who helped me was so kind! I'll definitely think of wayfair if I need anything else for our house!
After reading the bad reviews, I got pretty nervous about calling to request a replacement part that had come damaged. Despite a little bit of a wait, customer service was super quick and friendly and got a replacement part shipped out in the next two days. The Jewelry Armoire was fairly low quality, but I paid a low price, so I can't really complain about that. Looks fine, just cheap materials. I'm sure the more expensive Jewelry Armoire are nicer. Anyway, thought it was worth leaving a good review about customer service since it seems they might be stepping it up!
I order a Jewelry Armoire on Black Friday from Wayfair. I just got a call from the delivery service located in my city with not only an update it had arrived but could deliver it the next day. Total of two weeks with proper communication from the company and the delivery service. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
Well I had not bought one thing online in my life and heard about Wayfair. I was moving for the first time in 24 years and decided out with the old and in with the new. I refurnished every room in the house via wayfair over a period of 4-5 months. Oh yes there were some bumps in the road with damages and either waiting for full replacements or repair parts, this is where the bumps came in. The customer service reps were first class in making things right and always told me donate the current item I had rather than me pay for return shipping etc.which was always gratefully received I might add.
Wayfair has a great selection of furniture and decor with great and affordable prices. Their shipping of 1-7 days is excellent for customers even though one of the carriers is awful. The customer service department has a team that is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always listening to the customer's needs and finding the right solutions immediately. I had a situation with a sectional that, supposedly, one of the carriers delivered but I never got it. Wayfair contacted the carrier to verify what happened and they said that the driver left it on the first floor of my building, but he never called to notify me about. The customer service representative immediately processed a replacement of the furniture and I got it in 7 days.

It's always better as a buyer if you don't have a problem with the product, but the true mark of a company is how they handle the problems that inevitably will occur in the course of running a large business. We would absolutely order from Wayfair in the future.
